House Of Musk is a multisensory scenography project designed to introduce people to the world of musk in perfumery. Some people are unable to smell musk naturally, so the idea was to enable them to experience this olfactory note through sound, light, texture, and metaphors.
Musk is a multifaceted material, whether medicinal, animal or vegetable, natural or synthetic... It was obvious to us that its metaphor was a pomander, a mystical cider-like object with several compartments.
This project was created in collaboration with the composition house Dsm-Firmenich and several artist designers in New York.
